Dr. Jenny Zhang

Dr. Jenny Zhang brings to you over 20 years of research and clinical experience in dental health. She obtained her Degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry and was awarded her Master of Science in Pharmacology from Oregon State University. Prior to this, she received her first dental degree from one of China's top dental schools, the West China University of Medical Sciences (WCUMS), School of Dentistry. As one of the top students in her class, Dr. Zhang was recommended to be a graduate student by waiving the National Graduate Student Entrance Examination. She was then awarded the Master of Medical Science and Master Degree in Periodontics. After that, she worked as a lecturer and periodontal specialist at her alma mater. Dr. Zhang is a highly experienced dentist, with many years of experience practicing in China and the United States. Before opening her own office, she practiced as a general dentist in private dental offices around the Bay Area. In 2003, she opened her first dental office in San Jose. With business expanding, her 2nd office debuted in May 2008 in Sunnyvale.

Dr. Zhang is dedicated to providing the highest standards of family dental care by giving personal attention to each patient of all ages. Her treatment philosophy focuses on excellent oral care and prevention, as Dr. Zhang believes that regular professional care and good dental habits will guarantee a lifetime of healthy teeth. Dr. Zhang believes in the importance of patient education so that patients are involved in their oral health care and are able to make informed decisions regarding their oral health needs. She is a warm, gentle professional who understands your individual dental needs, and is committed to providing you with the finest quality dental health care in a caring, relaxing, comfortable, and safe environment.

Dr. Zhang is member of American Dental Association, California Dendtal Association and Santa Clara County Dental Society.

Our Facility

Dr. Zhang's excellent practice is committed to providing the very best in dental care with expert treatment and personalized attention.

Our office is composed of state-of-the-art equipment, with the modern operatories equipped with the latest technologies. We have the latest CEREC one-visit dentistry technology to create precision-designed, color-matched and highly durable ceramic restorations right in the dental office. This allows our patients to avoid the hassles of impression materials, temporaries, and multiple dental appointments usually associated with cosmetic dentistry procedures.

With digital X-ray, digital pano and digital intraoral all connected, we have a computerized management system to handle all our data and digital pano and x-rays which allow patients to view their own records in each operatory, in order to facilitate dental health understanding and education.

Health and Safety Compliance

Our staff is dedicated to protecting your health and safety by maintaining high infection control standards. We meet or exceed all guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control, OSHA, and the American Dental Association

Heat sterilizing instruments and hand pieces after every patient.
Monitoring sterilization techniques to guarantee effectiveness.
Cleaning and disinfecting the chair, counters and other surface areas after every patient.
Wearing clinic gowns and face shields or masks.
Changing to a new pair of disposable gloves after every patient.
Using disposable (single use) products.
Continuing education of our team and modernization of techniques to assure your health and safety.
